Construction services are provided by DTAG Inc., a licensed California General Contractor, CSLB licence #1061967. You can verify the licence at cslb.ca.gov. Statutory inspections under SB 326 are performed by appropriately licensed professionals; we coordinate that work rather than replace it.

Estimates and engagements

Prices discussed on a call or in an enquiry response are estimates until a written proposal is signed. Any work we perform is governed by that signed agreement, not by this website.
