What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a call through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and what your enquiry is about. We also keep a server-side record of page visits: the page viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine or an advertisement), your device type, and your country. We do not store your IP address in that record; a visitor identifier is rotated daily so visits cannot be tracked across days.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule inspections or repair work, and understand which of our pages and advertisements are useful. If our advertising partners (such as Meta) place measurement code on this site, it is used to measure advertising performance; see their policies for how they handle data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run this website and our scheduling and job-management systems, and then only to serve your enquiry.
• We do not send marketing email without your consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Documents you upload

Some pages let you upload your inspection report so we can fill in the enquiry form for you. We read the document, suggest the details for the form, and discard the file. The document itself is not kept on our systems: it is processed in memory while your request runs and is gone when that request completes. We do not keep uploaded documents. What we do keep is the information that lands in the form after you review and submit it, and that is handled like any other enquiry described above.

Your California rights

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them. Email gordon@laconstructionconsultants.com or call 424-946-8057 and we will respond within the time the law provides. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Retention and contact
